Nearly 90 Flights Linked to Epstein Allegedly Came to or from British Airfields

A review has found that close to 90 flights associated to Jeffrey Epstein are said to have touched down at and left UK airfields, with some reportedly transporting women from the UK who claim they were abused by the found guilty sex offender.

Aviation Records Reveal Trail of Movement

The flight logs were among thousands of court documents and papers released by the estate of Jeffrey Epstein that have been disclosed over the previous twelve months. The investigation identified 87 aircraft movements tied to Epstein – featuring many that were hitherto undisclosed – landing or taking off from British airfields between the early 1990s and 2018.

Onboard Individuals and After Guilty Verdict Travel

Unidentified female passengers were documented among the individuals flying to and from the UK. Crucially, 15 of these flights involving the UK took place subsequent to Epstein’s 2008 guilty verdict for procuring prostitution from a child.

“This is ‘astonishing’ that there had never been a ‘thorough probe in the UK’ into his activities in the country,” remarked US lawyers representing hundreds of Epstein survivors.

UK Survivors and Court Cases

Testimony from one of the UK-based survivors aided the conviction of Epstein’s accomplice Ghislaine Maxwell of child sex-trafficking in the US in 2021. But, that victim has not been approached by British law enforcement, according to her attorney based in Florida.

In a response, the the Met stated they had “not received any further evidence that would support restarting the probe.” They noted, “If fresh and pertinent evidence be presented to us, including any arising from the disclosure of material in the US, we will assess it.”

Continuing Document Release and Judicial Decisions

A bill to disclose every document held by the American government in relation to Epstein passed the House and Senate last month. The US justice department has until 19 December to follow through. Hundreds of thousands of documents are projected to be released.

In a related development, a federal judge ordered last week that the department could disclose evidence from a trafficking prosecution against Maxwell, Epstein’s close friend, who is currently serving a 20-year jail term over the charges.
